It's victoria (Rachelle Lefevre) that has red hair. And Bella only sees herself as not pretty, because she is constantly comparing herself to Edward. And Rosalie is not jealous of Bella because Bella is pretty, it's because Rosalie was so used to being the girl that every guy wanted to be with in her human life, and she just couldn't believe that Edward would want Bella instead of her. Also, Rosalie wants to be human more than anything, so she is jealous that Bella is human and she isn't, and she can't believe that Bella would want to throw away being human for a guy.
